Our place, which we just call Indian Restaurant, is situated at the Bhadana farm house on the Hapur Bye Pass Road in Meerut. The pin is 250002. We’re right near the railway crossing on the Hapur Bye Pass, which is a landmark most locals know. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice because there’s more space out here. We have the farm house setting, so it feels a bit more open than the shops in the middle of town. We see a lot of travelers who are driving through the bypass and need a place to stop for a meal. The trains go by pretty often at the crossing, so you hear the horn and the tracks rattling quite a bit. It’s just something you get used to. We do a lot of the cooking ourselves, focusing on the kind of food people actually eat at home. The summers get very dusty and hot out here on the road, so we try to keep the inside as cool as possible for anyone coming in. We don't have any big signs or neon lights, just a straightforward place for food. Sometimes the farm work keeps us busy too. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been at this location for a while now. Most people find us because they’re stuck at the crossing or just know the Bhadana farm house.
