Grill Inn Restaurant

We are located at H-19 in Shastri Nagar, right across from the Pvs Mall. It's a busy part of Meerut, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. The restaurant has been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. There’s always someone coming in asking for directions to the mall, and we just point across the street. The space itself is straightforward. We have a kitchen in the back and some seating up front. I usually spend my time hovering between the two, making sure things are moving. It gets a bit hectic around dinner time because of the mall traffic. We use a lot of local ingredients that we pick up from the market early in the morning. My cousin handles the accounts, and I handle the cooking and the staff. We aren't some big chain with fancy rules. If someone wants their food a certain way, we just do it. The floor gets scuffed up from all the shoes, so we have to mop it three or four times a day. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they were walking to the mall and got hungry. It’s just a normal Meerut eatery doing its thing every day. We don't worry about being perfect, just about getting the food out.
