Divya Terrace Restaurant

We are located on the top floor of Ganga Plaza, which is right on Begum Bridge Road in Meerut. People call us Divya Terrace Restaurant. Being on the top floor means you get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice when it’s hot out. The view of Begum Bridge from up here is okay, you can see all the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a busy area, lots of shopping and stuff going on at Ganga Plaza. Getting up here takes a minute if the elevator is slow, but most people don't mind. We just run a simple kitchen and have tables set out on the terrace. It’s nothing too grand. We get a mix of students and families mostly. Meerut can be quite crowded, so being a bit higher up feels a little quieter. We do our own thing, making sure the food is ready and the tables are wiped down. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs. Sometimes the weather is perfect, other times we have to deal with the rain. That’s just how a terrace place works. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s a steady life. We see a lot of people coming in after they finish their shopping downstairs. We just keep serving and cleaning every day. It’s been our routine for years.
