You can find us at House Number 12 in Ward Number 2. It’s the home of Rajendar Kumar Rana in Ballichai. We’re a local group of farmers who decided to come together. Life in Ballichai is mostly about the land and what we can grow on it. We aren't a big corporation with offices in the city. We work right where we live. Most days, we’re out checking the fields or talking to the other members about the next planting season. It gets busy, and sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or the weather turning bad suddenly. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just regular folks who know how to farm. Our meetings happen in the front room or out in the yard. We talk about seeds, water, and how to get the best out of what we have. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Everyone knows everyone else in this ward, so news travels fast. We try to be helpful and keep the company running for the benefit of all the farmers involved. It’s about keeping the community strong and making sure our families have what they need. There's no fluff here, just the daily grind and the satisfaction of seeing things grow. We take it one day at a time and try to stay positive even when things get a bit messy around here.
