Swanirvar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Plot No. 672 in Sandhukhanpara, which is part of Gobadanga. We are just a bunch of local growers who decided to pool our resources. The address is easy to find if you know the Sandhukhanpara area. It’s mostly just us working through the daily chores that come with running a farm business. We spend a lot of time talking about soil and what’s growing best this season. It's not a big operation with suits and ties. Mostly, it’s muddy boots and tractor talk. We started this because doing everything alone was getting too difficult for the smaller farms. Now, at Plot 672, we keep our records and meet up to figure out the next steps for the harvest. Gobadanga has good people and we try to look out for our own. Some days are long, especially when the weather doesn't behave, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay steady. The office is a practical space, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. You’ll usually find one or two of us there handling the accounts or talking to a supplier on the phone. We take it one day at a time and focus on the work right in front of us. It is just a simple way to stay organized.
