We are located at 01, Ramkrishna Social Welfare Society in Ramkrishnapur. Our group, Jiit Farmers Producer Company Limited, started because the local farmers here needed a way to work together. It isn’t fancy. The office is right there in the society building. Most days, you’ll find some of us sitting around discussing the latest crop cycles or the rain. Ramkrishnapur is a quiet place and we like it that way. We focus on getting seeds and tools for the members. It gets busy during the planting season, then everyone is out in the fields. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling the paperwork and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do things the old-fashioned way with notebooks. Dealing with the government rules for a producer company takes a lot of time, but we manage. If you come by, you might see us loading sacks or just chatting near the entrance. It’s hard work being a farmer, and this company is just our way of helping each other out. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or flashy signs here, just the local people from the village trying to make a living from the land. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors know where to find us. It’s a group effort, really. Everyone puts in what they can to keep it going.
