Our business, Dalmadal Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located in the village of Bangla, right at the J More junction. We are in the Indpur area, and you can find us care of Anil Baran Maji. The J More is a well-known spot around here, so it’s easy for the local farmers to drop by. We are a simple group. There aren't any fancy signs or big advertisements. We just focus on the farming and the business of selling what we grow. Anil’s place is where we keep our records and hold our meetings. Indpur has a lot of dedicated farmers, and we wanted a way to work together instead of competing against each other. We spend our days out in the sun and our evenings trying to make sense of the regulations and the market prices. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes it feels like we are just barely keeping up with the paperwork. But we have each other, and that makes a big difference. We don't use any complicated English or business jargon. We just talk about the land, the water, and the crops. Our goal isn't to be some huge company; we just want to make sure the farmers in Bangla village can earn a decent living. We take things as they come and try to do our best by our members. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we are making it work.
