Harvogreen Producer Company Limited is based over at Satyanarayan Pal’s place in Sian. We are really close to the Sian Sukhbazar, which is the heart of everything that happens in this area. If you come by during market day, it is absolutely packed with people and produce. We are right in the middle of all that action. As a producer company, our main job is to stick together with the local growers. We talk about the price of things, the quality of the soil, and who is growing what this year. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Usually, there are just a few chairs and someone offering you a glass of water. Our address is easy to find because everyone knows where Satyanarayan Pal lives or where the Sukhbazar is. We spend a lot of time outside, looking at what’s coming in from the farms. There is always a bit of dust and a lot of noise, but it feels right. We aren’t polished city people; we are just trying to make a living by helping our neighbors get their goods to market. It is hard work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we have a good group of people here. Sian is a small place, but we keep ourselves very busy with all the different crops and the people involved.
