Barchara Progressive Farmers Producercompany Limited is located in the village of Barchahara. We also get our mail at the Barchahara post office. This is all under the Sabang police station area. We are a bunch of farmers who decided to start this company to help ourselves and our neighbors. There is a lot of farming happening in this part of the country. We don't have any fancy offices or anything. We mostly meet up at the village site to discuss what needs to be done. Being in P.S- Sabang 1 makes us a local outfit through and through. We work on the land and deal with the crops that grow best here. It is hard work and the sun can be quite hot most of the year. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just talk about the seeds, the rain, and the prices. Everyone knows everyone else in Vill & P.O- Barchahara. It’s that kind of place. We started this because it felt like the right thing to do for the local farmers. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit much, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our farming community stays steady. If you come by, you’ll see us out in the fields or sitting near the main village road. It’s where we do most of our talking.
