Standard Bar & Restaurant

Standard Bar & Restaurant is located right in the middle of Town Mandi, which is in Mandi HP. We are situated very close to the Indira Market. If you are ever walking through that part of the town, you will eventually see our sign. The restaurant and the bar have been part of this street for many years now. It is the kind of place where you can just come in and sit down after a long afternoon of walking through the crowded market stalls. The chairs are a little bit old and the tables are basic, but they serve the purpose well enough. We serve the kind of food and drinks that the local people here like to have. It’s definitely not a fancy place with expensive decorations, just a regular spot to get a simple meal or a cold beer. My staff knows many of our regular customers by their names because they have been coming in for such a long time. The kitchen stays quite busy during the lunch and dinner hours when people are looking for something to eat. It can get a bit noisy when the room is full of people talking, but that’s just the atmosphere we have here. We try our best to keep the tables wiped down and the service moving along.
