Sally Restaurant

You can find us in Pandoh, which is in the Mandi district. We are part of the Hotel Sally building right in the Main Bazaar. Since we are on the way to many other places in Himachal, we see a lot of travelers passing through. The bazaar is always a bit lively with people coming and going. We have been here for a while and have become a regular stop for many who travel this route often. The air up here is different, and the pace of life feels a bit slower than in the big cities. Our restaurant is a simple place where you can get a warm meal while you are on the road. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It is just us and a few helpers making sure the food is ready and the tables are wiped down. We use what we can get from the local markets in Mandi. The winter months can be quite cold, so we make sure the tea is always hot and the kitchen stays busy. We see families, truck drivers, and tourists all sitting in the same room. It is a practical business that serves the people in the bazaar and those just passing by. We don't have a fancy philosophy about what we do. We just cook, serve, and try to make sure everyone feels welcome in our little corner of Pandoh.
