Bains Regency Restaurant

Our restaurant is part of Hotel Bains Regency, located right on the Chandigarh-Manali Road. We are in a small place called Nagchala in the Mandi district. It’s a village called Bagla, and the post office is Nagchala too. Being on National Highway-21 means we are right on the main route for people heading up into the mountains. It’s a beautiful area, though we’re mostly looking at the road and the cars passing by. We’ve been operating here for some time, serving people who are tired from the long drive. The air is a bit fresher here than in the big cities, which is nice. We spend our days making sure the restaurant is ready for whoever pulls in. It might be a family on vacation or a solo traveler. We don't do anything too fancy, just honest cooking in a clean space. The mountains are all around us, even if we’re focused on the kitchen most of the time. Mandi is a good place to be based. The address is 175021, and we are right there on the highway. We’ve seen all kinds of weather, from heavy rains to bright sunny days. Managing a restaurant on a major road like this keeps us busy, but we’re used to the rhythm of it by now. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure there’s a place for people to stop and eat.
