Saini Bhojnalya

Saini Bhojnalya is right on the side of NH-21 in Mandi. We are specifically located in the village of Rani Bain, which is near Po Gutkar in the Tehsil Sadar area. Since we are right on the national highway, we see a lot of travelers passing through. Many people who are driving long distances stop here to get a basic meal. It is a humble place, just a bhojnalya where the food is simple and filling. We start early in the morning to get things ready for the breakfast crowd. The air up here in Mandi is usually nice, and being by the road means there is always something moving outside. We don’t have a big menu with a hundred items. We just make what we know how to make well. The building itself is straightforward, nothing fancy to look at from the road. Inside, it is mostly just wooden tables and the smell of cooking. We deal with a lot of truck drivers and families on vacation. It is hard work staying open all day and into the evening, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that people can rely on us for a hot meal when they are tired of driving. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a family-run type of place trying to earn a living by the highway.
