Raj Steel Rolling Mills

Raj Steel Rolling Mills is located at P. B. No. 9 in Guru Ki Nagri, right by the crossing railway lines. Being this close to the tracks means our whole building shakes whenever a big freight train goes past. It’s something you stop noticing after the first week of working here. The area is called Guru Ki Nagri, and it’s a busy spot with a lot of heavy work going on. The mill itself is a noisy place, full of the sound of metal being moved and the heat from the machinery. We don't have a lot of fancy office space. Mostly, it's just the yard and the mill floor where the real work happens. We have a small wooden bench outside where we sit during the lunch hour. You can see the trains from there. We keep our records in big ledgers at the front desk. It’s a simple operation, run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty.
