We are located in the Amethi area, specifically at Mahendra Pratap Singh’s place in Bhada Kalyanpur, near Peparapur Bhadaw. It’s a bit of a long address, but locals know exactly where it is. We are a producer company, which is just a fancy way of saying we are a group of farmers working as one. Life in Amethi revolves around the land. We have our meetings at the village spot where Mahendra Pratap stays. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning. It’s just a room where we sit on chairs and talk about farming. We deal with the crops that grow well in our local climate. Sometimes we talk about getting better equipment or how to handle pests that are bothering the fields. Everyone puts in their bit of work. We don't have a boss telling us what to do every minute. We decide things together because it’s our livelihoods on the line. The roads around Bhada can be a bit dusty, but we don't mind.
