Unique Institute Of Commerce & Management

We are located over at 122 L in the Model Town area of Ludhiana. It is a pretty familiar spot for most people around here because we are so close to Krishna Charitable Hospital. If you know that landmark, you can find us without much trouble. The building itself is just a regular place where we set up our rooms for commerce and management classes. It is not some big glass office or anything like that. We have been working out of this space for a while now, and it feels like home to the staff. Every morning, we come in, unlock the front door, and get the classrooms ready for the students who show up. There is usually a bit of noise from the street because Model Town is always busy, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have got our desks, some old cupboards for files, and plenty of benches. Sometimes the fans make a bit of a clicking sound when they are on high, but they keep the place cool enough in the summer heat. We just focus on the daily routine of teaching and helping people understand their accounts and business notes. It is a simple setup with no fancy decorations or corporate stuff hanging on the walls. Most of the time, you will find us just sitting with a pile of books or talking to a parent who stopped by. It is just a local place for local students.
