You will find us on Hambran Road in Ludhiana. This is a college of education, so we are mostly dealing with older students who want to become teachers themselves. The campus isn't overly fancy, but it has everything needed for the various courses we run. We have lecture halls that have seen a lot of use over the years. The desks are a bit worn, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint here and there, but it is a working college. There is a library where students spend a lot of time looking through textbooks and preparing for their own teaching practice sessions. Hambran Road is a busy area, so there is plenty of activity right outside our doors. Inside, it is mostly quiet, except during the breaks between lectures when students are talking. We have a small canteen where everyone grabs tea or a quick snack during the day. The staff here are mostly experienced educators who have been in the field for a long time. They do not use a lot of big words or complicated theories; they just show the students how to manage a classroom and plan a proper lesson. It is a very practical kind of place. We have a lot of students who come in from different parts of Ludhiana and the surrounding districts. It is just a straightforward institution where people come to get their qualifications and move on.
