Mata Sahib Kaur Public School

Mata Sahib Kaur Public School is out in Bhaini Baringan, which is part of the Ludhiana district but feels very different from the city. It’s more of a rural setting, so things move a bit slower out here. We are surrounded by open spaces and fields, which is a nice change from the crowded streets of the main town. The school building is simple and serves the local community. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a big budget for fancy decorations, so we just keep the place clean and functional. The students often come from farming families, and they are very grounded kids. We spend our mornings doing the assembly and then getting straight into the lessons. The classrooms are basic, with wooden desks and big windows to let the light in. Sometimes when it rains, the roads around Bhaini Baringa get a bit muddy, and it can be a challenge for everyone to get here on time. We don't have a website with a bunch of professional photos or marketing talk. It’s just us, the teachers, and the students trying to do our best in a quiet part of the country. We focus on the basics and making sure the school is a decent place for the kids to spend their day before they head back to their homes.
