We’ve been here at Basant Avenue in Ludhiana for a while now. Most mornings start early with the gates opening up and the noise of kids arriving. It gets pretty busy around 141013 when everyone is dropping off their children. The building isn't fancy, but it does the job. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure the classrooms are ready. Sometimes the fans are humming, and you can hear teachers talking down the halls. Bcm School has its own rhythm. We see the same faces every day, from the parents to the local rickshaw drivers outside. It’s a normal part of life here. During the summers, the heat hits hard, so we try to keep everyone inside where it's a bit cooler. In the afternoons, when the bell rings, there’s a big rush and then things get quiet again. Our staff usually stays back a bit to tidy up and get things set for the next day. It’s just how it goes here in this part of town. We don’t do anything flashy, just the daily work of running a school. People around here know where we are, right near the main spots in Basant Avenue. It’s a familiar place for many families who have grown up in Ludhiana. We just keep the doors open and do our bit. There is always something to do, like moving desks or checking the school supplies, but we don't mind.
