Shree Atam Vallabh Jain College

Shree Atam Vallabh Jain College is situated on the G T Road in Ludhiana, right at the Hussainpur Jaldhar Bye Pass. We’re across from Hotel Amaltas, which makes us pretty easy to spot if you’re driving by. Being on such a major road means there is always noise from the trucks and cars, but we’ve gotten used to it. The college is a place where young people come after they finish high school to figure out what they want to do next. We have several different wings for different subjects, and the hallways are usually full of students rushing between lectures. The building is big and it takes a bit of time to walk from one end to the other. We don't have any fancy cafes or lounges; there’s just a basic canteen where everyone grabs a tea or a snack. The lecturers have their own small desks in a shared room, and you can usually find them there with a pile of papers to grade. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on the classes and the exams. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we try to reflect that in how we run things here. There are no frills, just classrooms, books, and a lot of students trying to get their degrees. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen a lot of changes in the area, but the college stays much the same. It is just a place for getting an education and moving forward.
