We spend most of our time here at Gali No 7 on Tibba Road. It’s a busy spot near Rajan Estate, and there’s always something going on with trucks coming in and out. Sonu Building Material Store & Property Advisor isn't some fancy office with glass walls. It’s mostly just us surrounded by bags of cement, bricks, and stacks of paperwork for local plots. If you walk down the lane, you’ll see the dust from the materials. We’ve been here a while now. People stop by to ask about land prices or what kind of sand is better for their roof. It’s a mix of heavy lifting and sitting down for a cup of tea to talk about property. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, making the store feel a bit stuffy, but the door is always open. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights, just the name and the stock sitting outside. Sometimes the traffic on Tibba Road makes it hard to hear, but we manage. Most folks in Rajan Estate know where we are. We just keep things simple. One day it’s about selling a load of gravel and the next it’s about helping someone figure out a property deal. It’s honest work and we stay busy enough without needing to do much else. The street gets muddy when it rains, so watch your step if you're coming over. We keep the registers in the back and some chairs for people to sit while we talk through things.
