Shri Sai College is located at 809/2A, Vrindavan Road, right in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana. This is a busy part of town, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. The college building has a bit of an older style to it, which fits in with the rest of Civil Lines. We have students coming here for various courses, so you see a lot of young adults hanging around the entrance or sitting on the steps between their classes. The interior is pretty functional with high ceilings and wide corridors that help keep things a bit cooler during the hot Punjab summers. We have some old wooden furniture in the classrooms and a library that’s usually quite full of people studying. It’s not a quiet place, as there’s always a conversation going on somewhere or the sound of the city coming in through the windows. The office staff is always busy with some kind of paperwork, and there’s usually a small queue of students waiting to ask a question. We don't have a lot of modern glass and steel here; it’s more about the bricks and the history of the place. It feels like a real part of Ludhiana’s daily life. People walk by on Vrindavan Road every day and see the students coming and going, just like they have for years. The routine stays steady from Monday to Saturday, until the final bell rings for the weekend.
