Lotay Building Material Store

We are located at 78-79 Avtar Nagar, on the road toward Ferozepur. It is also known as Rani Jhansi Road. Our yard is full of building materials. We have bricks, cement, sand, and other things people need for construction. It’s a dusty job. I spend my day outside mostly, checking the loads coming in and out. The trucks make a lot of noise when they pull into the yard. We’ve been here in Avtar Nagar for quite a while. We know most of the contractors in this area. It’s not a fancy office. We have a small cabin where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the mud gets everywhere when it rains. We just put on our boots and keep going. People come here when they are building a house or fixing a wall. We try to keep enough stock so nobody has to wait. My brother helps me with the deliveries. We have a couple of old trucks that do the heavy lifting. It's a straightforward business. We buy the materials and sell them to people who need them. There isn't any secret to it. We just work hard and try to be fair with everyone. The sun can be brutal in the afternoon, but that's part of the job. We are just a local store helping the town grow.
