Kamfood Products

Kamfood Products is located out on Hambram Road in the Birni area. It's a bit of a drive for some people, but we like being out here where it is a little quieter. The air is a bit different than the middle of the city. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. The building isn't new, but it serves us well for what we do every day. We start early in the morning when the sun is just coming up over the fields. There’s always a lot of prep work to do before things really get moving on the floor. On Hambram Road, you see a lot of trucks and tractors going past the gate. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their role pretty well. We don’t really have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to the door to see what they need. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend an hour fixing a belt or a motor ourselves. We just get on with it. The floors are kept clean because we’re handling food, but the rest of the place looks like a working factory. We keep our supplies in the back and the finished stuff near the door. It’s a simple setup. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to.
