Dahela Food Tech

We are over at 10918, Basant Road in Bhagwan Nagar, doing what we do at Dahela Food Tech. The name sounds a bit technical, but really we are just a group of people working with food processing. Our building on Basant Road isn't hard to find if you know the area. We have some machines and some testing equipment, and we spend a lot of time making sure things are done the right way. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Bhagwan Nagar is a decent place to work, though the road can get a bit muddy when it rains. We don't have a big reception area or anything. Most of the space is dedicated to the actual work. We try to stay updated on how things are changing in the food world, but we keep our methods pretty straightforward. There is a lot of cleaning involved, as you can imagine. We start our day with a list of things to do and we try to get through them by the evening. Sometimes we stay late if a batch isn't quite right. It is just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We don’t have any big speeches to give about our work, we just get on with it. The floors are concrete and the lights are bright, which is exactly what we need to see what we are doing.
