Gagan Refreshment

Gagan Refreshment is a small shop located on Club Road in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana. We are right near the Shree Durga Mata Mandir, which is a very famous landmark in our city. Our pincode is 141001. We’ve been at this spot for many years now, and we mostly focus on providing snacks and cold drinks to people passing by. It’s a busy street, especially with all the people going to the temple. Our place isn't big or fancy. It’s just a basic refreshment stall where you can grab something quick. We don't have any corporate goals or a marketing team. It’s just us, the local owners, working behind the counter every day. We know many of the people who come in because they live in Civil Lines or work nearby. We don't use any promotional language or try to sound better than we are. We just sell what we have and keep the shop tidy. Sometimes it gets really crowded when there is a festival at the mandir, and we just do our best to serve everyone quickly. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know us from being on Club Road for so long. We just open up the shutters every morning and wait for the first customer to arrive.
