Hot Chicken

Our shop, Hot Chicken, is situated in the Kashmir Nagar area of Ludhiana. The address is 141008. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Gillsun Gas. That is the main landmark people use to find our street. Ludhiana is a big, busy city, but our corner of Kashmir Nagar feels like a real neighborhood. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing. It is a basic setup with no fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is running. Opposite Gillsun Gas, you see people coming and going all day long with their cylinders. It makes for a lot of activity on our road. We are just a local business, not some big chain. The people who work here live nearby mostly. We start our day by getting the supplies in and heating up the equipment. It gets pretty loud on the street with the trucks and the local traffic, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big corporate story to tell. We are just here to work and serve whoever comes in. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is an honest living in a busy part of Ludhiana. That is really all there is to say about us.
