We are located over in Dugri, right on the Dhandra Road near the old Octroi Post. It’s a busy part of Ludhiana, especially near Garewal Market and Saheed Bhagat Singh area. Our whole thing is just getting food and essentials to people’s houses. We started small with just a couple of bikes, and now we have a few more guys helping out. The traffic around here can be a real headache, so we know all the back lanes to avoid the main road jams. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend most of the day on the phone or on the road. The office is just a small room where we coordinate everything. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy, but we try our best to stay on schedule. I handle most of the calls myself, and I know a lot of the families in the neighborhood by their address alone. We don't really have a big marketing plan. We just put some flyers out in the market and wait for the phone to ring. It’s a practical service for people who are too busy to go out. We don't make any big promises, we just pick things up and drop them off where they need to go. That’s the daily routine for us here in Dugri. It's a lot of riding around, but it pays the bills.
