Grasim Indutries Ltd. (Cement Marketing Divison)

This is the Ludhiana office for the cement marketing division of Grasim. We are located on the first floor of a house, number 11-B, in Shakti Nagar. People around here also call it Sargodha Colony. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different than being in a big industrial park. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to us. The office is pretty small and filled with desks, chairs, and stacks of ledgers. Ludhiana is a very busy city, and there is always something going on outside our windows. In the winter, it gets really chilly in the office, so we all wear our thickest sweaters. We don't have any fancy marketing people here. We are just the staff who handle the sales and marketing paperwork for the cement. We spend a lot of our time talking to dealers and checking on shipments. The atmosphere is very casual. We often share our snacks and talk about what is happening in the neighborhood. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and a few maps of the region. We just focus on our daily routine and try to stay on top of the orders. It is a simple, no-nonsense place where we just do our jobs every day without any fuss.
