Fauji Dhaba

Our dhaba is located at 3744/6 on Bebe Nanki Road, right off Dugri Road in Ludhiana. We are in the Model Town Extension area. It’s a typical dhaba setup, nothing too fancy or polished. We have heavy benches and tables where people can sit down and eat. The kitchen is always active, with big pots on the stove and someone usually working on the tandoor. It gets quite hot near the fires, but that’s part of the job. We’ve been serving people in this part of Ludhiana for quite a bit. You’ll see truck drivers, local workers, and families all sitting together. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from Dugri Road nearby and the sounds of the kitchen. We don't have a menu with pictures or anything like that. Most people just know what they want. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush because it can get messy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the cooking. It’s an honest place. We open early and stay open until the last customer leaves at night. If you’re around the Model Town Extension, you’ll probably see our sign. We are just a local dhaba doing things the old-fashioned way without any extra fuss. It’s a hard day’s work every day, but it is what we know. We make sure the tea is always hot. There is usually someone sitting outside on the bench when the weather is nice.
