Dyal Restaurant

Dyal Restaurant is right on Model Town Road in the Bharat Nagar area of Ludhiana. Our address is 141001, which is quite central if you know the city. We have been operating here for a long time. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people walking by. We aren't a big fancy place with a lot of marketing. We are just a local restaurant where people come to eat. The interior is simple, just tables and some chairs. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and our customers. Many people from Bharat Nagar stop in during their lunch breaks or after work. Being on Model Town Road means we get a mix of everyone. Sometimes it’s students, sometimes it’s office workers. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us making sure things run. We know the regulars by their faces. Ludhiana is a fast city, but inside here, things are a bit more relaxed. We don't use any complicated systems. We just take the orders and serve the food as fast as we can. It can get loud when the place is full, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We just keep doing what we do every day at this same spot. There is no corporate polish here, just a regular kitchen and some hardworking people serving the Ludhiana community.
