Delhi Vaishno Dhaba

We are located at Shop Number 25 on Rekhi Cinema Road in Ludhiana. Our place is very close to the railway station, so we see a lot of travelers coming and going all the time. We are right opposite the old Rekhi Cinema, which is how most people find their way to us. Being a Vaishno dhaba, we only do vegetarian food. It is a simple, honest way of cooking. We do not have a fancy dining room with air conditioning and velvet chairs. It is a traditional dhaba setup where the food is the main thing. We keep the pots bubbling and the rotis coming fresh off the fire. The road outside is always busy with rickshaws and people heading to the station, so there is a lot of noise and energy. We have been here for years, serving anyone who needs a quick, hot meal. We do not use any complicated recipes, just the stuff we have always made. It is a family-run business and we all pitch in to keep it going. Sometimes it is a bit messy when it is raining or when the crowds are thick, but we manage.
