Dattar Mechanical Works

Dattar Mechanical Works is based over at Plot No-206/3/A in Surjit Nagar. We are right on Street Number 1, which is pretty close to Gaispura Park. If you ever go for a walk in the park, you’re not far from our shop at all. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around the corner. We do mechanical work, plain and simple. We have the machines and the grease and the heavy tools. It’s not exactly the cleanest job in the world, but we enjoy it most days. The shop is a decent enough size, and we’ve set it up so we can handle a variety of repairs and small fabrication jobs. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing a lot of paperwork if we can help it. We’d much rather be on the shop floor fixing something that’s broken. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We know the other people working on Street Number 1, and we all kind of help each other out when we can. Sometimes the work is tough and the days feel long, especially when a machine is being particularly stubborn. But that’s just part of the life we chose. We’ve been in Surjit Nagar for a while and don't have any plans of going anywhere else. We take care of the equipment that comes through our doors and try to stay honest about what needs doing. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best.
