DAMAN CHICKEN

If you are in Ludhiana and heading towards the bypass road, you might see us. Our shop is Daman Chicken, located at Shop no 2880/20 on Ludhiana Bypass Road, right by Samrala Chowk. This area is always moving. Samrala Chowk is one of those big junctions where there is constant noise from trucks and cars going towards the bypass. We are situated in the main bazar area, which stays crowded from the afternoon until late at night. Ludhiana is a tough, hardworking city and we try to match that energy. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular place in a busy market. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it. Dealing with the dust and the traffic on the bypass is just part of the job. Most of the people who stop by are either locals from the market or folks traveling through Ludhiana who need something to eat. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a chicken shop on a busy corner. The main bazar at Samrala Chowk is where all the action is, and we are glad to have a spot there. It gets pretty loud with all the horns and the shouting, but you get used to it after a few days. We just stay focused on getting the orders ready for whoever comes to the counter. It’s not always pretty, especially when the summer heat hits Ludhiana, but we just keep going anyway. We've been here long enough to know most of the shopkeepers on this stretch of the road.
