Our place is situated on Link Road, right in the 141002 area code. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy the traffic gets during the day. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time now. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see popping up everywhere. It’s a sturdy, older structure that has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We handle a lot of visitors who are traveling for work or just passing through this industrial hub. The staff here mostly grew up around this neighborhood, so they know the shortcuts and where to get things. We spend most of our mornings checking the rooms and making sure the lobby is tidy before the afternoon rush starts. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be something we’re not. People come here because they need a place to stay that is central to the main roads. You can hear the sounds of the street from the front door—horns honking and people shouting. It’s just how life is on Link Road. We don’t have a massive marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find out about us from word of mouth or they just see our sign while driving by. We keep things running as well as we can, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss about it.
