Our little spot is in the basement of Sco 136, right in the middle of Feroze Gandhi Market. It’s a bit tucked away, so you really have to look for the sign when you're walking through the market area here in Ludhiana. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice when the heat outside gets really bad. We focus on planning out trips for families and individuals who don't want to spend hours staring at their phones trying to book stuff. We have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around most of the time. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Ludhiana is a busy city, and Feroze Gandhi Market is always buzzing, so we get a fair amount of walk-ins. Some people come in with a very specific idea, and others just want to know where they can go for a long weekend. We handle the bookings and the boring paperwork that comes with it. We don't use any fancy software, just the standard stuff. Sometimes the phones ring too much and we can't get to everyone at once, but we try our best to call people back. It’s just us working here, trying to keep things moving. We’ve been at this for some time now and know the local routes pretty well. There isn't much more to it than that.
