Our office for Stanchart Securities Ltd is at 262, Ahatta Faqir Chand, situated on Samrala Road in Ludhiana. We are quite close to the Division No. 3 police station, which is the easiest landmark to give people. This area is extremely busy, with traffic moving toward the main market all day long. Our space is tucked inside the Ahatta, so it is a bit quieter than the main road, but you can still hear the city outside. Inside, it is a very functional setup. We have rows of desks with monitors showing the latest market numbers. It is not a place for lounging around. We are usually busy from the moment we open until we close the doors in the evening. The office has a lived-in feel, with stacks of files on the desks and plenty of old ledgers on the shelves. We do not wear fancy suits unless there is a very important reason. Mostly, we just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. We have a small area where we make tea and take our breaks. It is a simple, hardworking atmosphere where everyone knows their role. We have been part of this Ludhiana neighborhood for years and we know the other business owners nearby. It is a practical, no-frills operation where we just focus on getting the numbers right and helping our clients without any extra fluff.
