You can find us over in Vikas Nagar, right off Pakhowal Road in Ludhiana. Swastik Travel Makerz is just a small local shop where we help people figure out their trips. Pakhowal Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of movement outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood quite well. Most of the folks who come in are just looking for a bit of help with tickets or finding a place to stay somewhere else. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing plans. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what we can do. It’s a lot of looking at screens and making phone calls, really. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time, but we just handle it. The office is pretty basic, nothing too impressive to look at, but it serves its purpose. We like being in Vikas Nagar because it’s easy for people to reach us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to get the job done right so people can get where they’re going. It’s a simple business, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed.
