You’ll find our office at 96K in Sarabha Nagar, which is a fairly well-known spot in Ludhiana. We are quite close to the Delta Heart Centre, so that’s a good landmark to look for if you’re trying to find us. Sarabha Nagar is a nice area, and we like being based here. We aren't a huge agency with a lot of staff; it’s just a few of us who know the ins and outs of travel consulting. We spend our days answering emails, taking calls, and looking up flight routes. It’s not particularly exciting work, but it’s important to get the details right. We have a few desks and some old calendars on the wall. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy décor. Most of our clients come to us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like visa paperwork and ticket confirmations that people don't want to do themselves. Sometimes the systems we use are slow, or an airline changes a schedule last minute, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the reality of this business. We try to be practical and give people the best information we have at the time. We aren't perfect, but we do our best to make sure the bookings are handled correctly. It’s just a regular local business in the heart of Ludhiana.
