About Alpine International School – Education in Ludhiana
Anyway, the school is right here on Dr Hira Singh Road in Civil Lines. It's been around for a bit, and I suppose most local people know us as Alpine International School. Mostly, we just keep busy with the students all day long. The morning starts quite early. You can see the buses coming down the road and the parents dropping kids off at the main gate every day. Civil Lines is usually quiet, but it really picks up when school starts. We have the usual classrooms and a playground out back where the kids run around during their breaks. It is not a huge place, but it works for what we do here. Sometimes the traffic on Dr Hira Singh Road gets a little backed up in the afternoon when everyone is leaving, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things organized. The staff shows up early to get everything ready for the day. There are a lot of desks to keep straight and papers to grade. It’s just a normal school day, really. We don't do anything too fancy, just teach the lessons and make sure everyone is safe. If you're walking down the street, you'll see the name Alpine International School on the sign. It’s been there a long time. People around here are used to the noise during recess. It’s a good spot for a school, being right in Civil Lines like this, and we have plenty of room for all our activities throughout the week, even if we are not the biggest school.
