The K 10 Tower is where we have our office, specifically on the first floor at SCO 22-23. You can find us in Feroze Gandhi Market, which is a busy part of Ludhiana 141001. Most days start with the sound of traffic and people looking for parking spaces down below. Our team at Alexa Travel Mart handles things like flight bookings and organizing tours for people who want to get away for a bit. The office is actually two units joined together, so there is more room than you might expect for a local travel place. We have some desks set up and chairs for when people come in to talk about their plans. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom, just a place where we do our research and make phone calls. Lunchtime in the market is always a bit of a rush, with everyone heading out to the local food stalls. We stay busy looking for the best flight connections and checking hotel availability for our customers. People usually find us because they are already in the market for banking or other errands. We don't use big billboards or anything like that to get attention. Instead, we just focus on the people who walk through our door and need help with their travel details. It’s steady work and we like being in such a central location. Most of the other shop owners around here have become friends over the years.
