Shivrani Marbles

Shivrani Marbles is located at Plot No.-1 on the Hardoi Ring Road. It’s right in the Para Rajaji Puram area, which stays pretty active throughout the day. Being on the ring road means we see a lot of traffic and heavy vehicles passing by all the time. Our yard is usually full of marble and tiles that we’ve brought in. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized so people can walk through without hitting their shins on a corner of stone. We don’t really do anything fancy here. We just unlock the gate in the morning, check what needs to be moved, and wait for folks to show up. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always dusting off the top slabs. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We talk to the builders and the homeowners who are just trying to finish their floors. Some days are slow and we just sit around in the shade of the office. Other days, three trucks show up at once and it’s a total mess for a few hours. We just handle it as it comes. It’s not a big corporate office, just a lot of stone and some people trying to get it moved to where it needs to go. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and people know us as the place on the corner of the ring road.
