You can find Anjana Stone & Marble Cottage at Plot No-592Ka/183 in the Defence Colony area of Telibagh. We are located pretty close to Krishna Dairy, which is the landmark we usually tell people to look for if they get lost. We have been here for a while and deal with both stone and marble slabs. Because we have both, the lot stays pretty crowded most of the time. We spend a lot of our hours inspecting each piece of marble because it can have small flaws that you do not see at first. This is a family-run operation, so we do not have a big office or a bunch of managers. We just come in every morning, do the work that needs doing, and go home at the end of the day. Some days we are stuck on the phone dealing with suppliers, while other days we are out in the sun moving heavy stone. The heat in Telibagh can be really tough during the summer, so we have a small covered area where we can sit down with people. The dairy next door is a good place to grab a drink when we are parched. We do not have a fancy showroom with big lights. It is just a practical place to store our inventory and show it to whoever stops by. We have seen Defence Colony change a lot over the years with more traffic and new buildings popping up everywhere. We just try to stay honest about what we have.
