Mohan Brick Field

Mohan Brick Field is right here in the Mohanlalganj area, specifically in Bhatti Barkat Nagar. Everything around here seems to be named Mohanlalganj, from the village to the post office. We’ve been a part of this community for quite a long time, and the brick field is where we spend almost all our time. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is hot and the sun is high. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Instead, we have a vast field where we stack the bricks as they come out of the kiln. You’ll usually see us walking around in old clothes, checking on the stacks and helping the local guys load up their trailers or tractors. People in the village know us well, and a lot of our business is just neighbors talking to neighbors. The roads leading into Bhatti Barkat Nagar can be a bit bumpy and narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re driving a larger vehicle. We don’t have a fancy way of doing things. We write our orders down on paper and rely on our memory for a lot of the daily details. It’s a traditional way of working that hasn't changed much over the years. We just focus on making bricks and getting them to the people who are building the walls and houses around here. If you’re in the neighborhood, just ask anyone for the brick field.
