Laziz Food Center

You can find us at Nealgiri Chauraha, which is right by Faizabad Road in the Indira Nagar part of Lucknow. We are directly across from Seva Chikan. This spot stays crowded because of the intersection. We have been running Laziz Food Center here for a good bit of time now. It is a busy corner, and there is always something going on outside our door. The morning starts with unloading supplies and getting the stoves going. It gets quite loud with the traffic from Faizabad Road, but that is just how Lucknow is. We are a small team here. We do not have any big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a kitchen and some space for people to eat. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. We try to keep up with the crowd, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a stroll. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we spend most of our time cooking instead of decorating. Our customers are mostly folks from the neighborhood or people passing through the chauraha. We try hard to get the food out fast without making people wait too long. It is a straightforward business. We show up, we cook, and we go home to our families. That is pretty much how it works every day at our little food center.
