Estone Village Private Limited

We’ve set up shop in Dashymesh Square, which is over in the LDA Colony area of Lucknow. We are on the third floor, Space No. 1, right by the Kanpur Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background while we work. The office isn't anything special. We’ve got some basic furniture and a lot of files related to the projects we’re handling. Lucknow is growing fast, and we’re just a small part of that at Estone Village Private Limited, focusing on land stuff. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is often empty except for one person holding down the fort. When we are all here, it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know about construction and how to get things built on time. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready if a guest drops in. It’s a simple way of doing business. We deal with contractors and laborers mostly, so we don't worry about looking too polished. We just want to make sure the work at the site is moving along and the paperwork is sorted. That’s our daily life here in Aashiyana. We just take it one day at a time.
