We operate out of Parijat Apartment in Vikrant Khand. It’s unit 1004/B-1, right here in Lucknow. Dealing with stones and materials is what we do every day. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, though the stairs can be a workout if you aren’t used to them. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on stone quality. It’s heavy work, even when you’re just doing the paperwork side of it. Lucknow has been our home for a long time, and we know the 226010 area well. The office isn't anything special, just a place to sit and get things sorted. Sometimes we have samples lying around on the floor, which can be a bit messy. But you can't really avoid that in this business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We talk to people, we find the stones they need, and we try to keep the logistics from falling apart. Some days are long, especially when shipments are delayed. We just take it as it comes. It's practical work for practical people. No need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We're just a local business trying to stay on top of our orders and keep things moving. We usually close up shop once the sun goes down and start again the next morning.
