L. B. Agro is located right on the Main Road, over at Plot No. A 9. We are situated very close to the Market Yard, which means it gets very loud and dusty around here, especially early in the mornings when all the big trucks start rolling in. Dealing with agricultural stuff means our lives are usually tied to the seasons. When it's harvest time, nobody gets much sleep and we are often here until late at night. Our spot on the main road is convenient for loading and unloading, even if the traffic is a bit much to deal with sometimes. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us grew up around this kind of farm work, so we don’t mind getting our hands dirty or lifting heavy bags. The office is small and mostly filled with ledgers and stacks of old receipts. Instead of high-tech systems, we use the simple way we have always done things. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us standing around out front talking to the drivers or checking the quality of the stock. It is honest, hard work. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just buy and sell what’s in season and try to keep the business moving forward. The Market Yard area has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in the same spot. It’s a busy life, but it honestly suits us just fine.
