Our place is located at Gut Number 173 in Modha Bk. Avesh Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited is run by people who actually spend time in the fields, not just sitting behind desks all day. The office at Modha Bk is a simple room where we store our files and meet up when we aren't busy with the crops. It’s not always the tidiest place, especially during harvest season when everyone is rushing around. We deal with the usual stuff like fertilizers, seeds, and trying to get a fair price for what we grow. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain English and local talk about the land. We’ve had some tough years with the weather, but we keep going. Working as a group helps us share the burden a bit. People from around the village stop by Gat No 173 to discuss their problems or share some news. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy website. We just show up and do the work. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but that's just life in agriculture. We are just local folks trying to keep our farming community going.
