Our company, Bamnikar Agro Producer Company Limited, is located at Bamani, which is near Nilanga in the Latur district. We’re based with Anand Govindrao Jadhav at the post office area there. Latur is a place where everyone understands the value of hard work on the land. We started this producer company to get the local farmers in Bamani together. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. Usually, we’re just sitting around a table at Anand’s place, looking over the accounts or planning for the next crop cycle. The heat in Latur can be tough, but we’re used to it. People from the village drop by all the time to talk about seeds or tools. We try to help each other out because that’s the only way to get ahead in this business. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use big words or complicated plans. We just look at what the ground is telling us and go from there. Post Nilanga is a familiar spot for everyone around here, so finding us isn't hard. We’re just regular folks trying to run a business that makes sense for our families and the other growers in the Bamani area. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring sometimes.
